Senior EU Regional HR Manager, leading HR teams across UK, IRL, NLD, TUR, POL
As a Director-level HR leader at Amazon, I led the People strategy across five dynamic European markets within Amazon Customer Services, combining the scale and maturity of the UK and Ireland with the fast-paced, high-growth environments of the Netherlands, Poland, and Türkiye.

One of the most significant milestones in this role was establishing Amazon Customer Services in Türkiye, a complex and high-impact market entry. I played a central role in building the HR function from the ground up, navigating a highly nuanced regulatory, cultural, and operational landscape. From designing the local HR strategy to building leadership capability, talent infrastructure, and cultural alignment, this launch was a defining experience in agile, people-centric business expansion.
Across all markets, I acted as the architect of tailored HR strategies that supported both local relevance and regional consistency, helping drive business performance, employee engagement, and long-term scalability. Whether launching a new site in an emerging market or refining the operating model in an established one, I focused on aligning people initiatives to the business’s evolving priorities.
In addition to my regional remit, I was responsible for the full HR function across three of Amazon’s largest Fulfilment Centres – LTN1, LTN2, and LTN4 – supporting a combined workforce of over 7,000 employees. I developed and executed site-specific people strategies to meet operational demands while fostering a strong performance culture and leadership bench.
